Reporting to the HFH Interim Housing (IH) Occupational Therapy (OT) Supervisor I, the IHOP Occupational Therapist II (OT II) serves as the OT clinical lead for the IHOP program and completes comprehensive assessments of clients in interim housing as part of a multiagency and multidisciplinary team to triage and provide clients with appropriate placement, social services, community resources, equipment supports, and permanent housing recommendations based on the client’s ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), e.g., bathing, dressing, cooking, cleaning, domestic duties, financial management, health management etc.
